Another fantastic hair day thanks to Sienna. Im alway indecisive before I go as to what I want always want a change never brave enough to do it but I did this time, I love the colour I love the style went for a blunt bob not too short and a darker colour absolutely love it thank you so much

Jess did a really great job with my hair and had great attention to detail.Had a very positive experience and felt like a treat.

From start to finish just a lovely experience. Welcomed by everyone and a handmade iced coffee with a scoop of collagen to drink whilst you relax. Ange, greets you with confidence as you enter, Sienna takes over and works her magic ( She’s brilliant!) whilst I ‘embrace the grey’ and Steven, Jess and Andrew chat as they pass by. A real family feel in a beautifully redesigned salon with exceptionally high standards of hairdressing. It’s the little things that make a difference and this salon knows just what they are. Thanks team. 🙂

First visit to this salon and it certainly won’t be my last. Booked in with Andrew for a restyle and colour and I can honestly say that I have never had a hairdresser spend so much time on my hair. The results were absolutely amazing. I took some advice on colour and style as I was so fed up with my hair which had lost its lustre. Even though it was my first visit I felt Andrew knew me and my hair and I walked out feeling better about my hair than I had for quite some time.
I have found my new hairdresser and I won’t be going elsewhere from now on.

Excellent service

I managed to get a last minute appointment with Sienna, and from start to finish she was amazing. She listened to me and what I wanted for my hair and she did such an amazing job I’m super happy with it! I asked her a few questions about products and styling tips and bought a couple of products that worked really well with my hair. She was lovely and chatty and so friendly. Thank you Sienna, I’ll definitely be back again!

Lovely salon, and Jess was really nice and chatty/friendly and careful & considerate working around a sensitive area in my hairline/head that I let her know about. First time I’ve had my hair done here and would definitely come back. Thank you and look forward to coming again. 🙂

Booked a cut and blow dry with Jess. It was the first time she had cut my hair, but I am thrilled with the way she listened to my vague idea of what I wanted. Clarified what it was I was asking and then proceded to give and excellent wash and cut. Explaining the details as she went, I couldn\'t have asked for a better service.

I’ve been going to the salon for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, fabulous service everytime with amazing friendly staff.

Sienna has been doing my hair for a while now she’s fantastic. This visit I wanted a change going from being quite blonde to a darker shade. I’ve wanted to do this for a while but haven’t been brave enough, lets say she didn’t disappoint, I absolutely love it, exactly what I wanted.

I came to Jess today wanting my hair a more crisp and bright blonde. Something I had been asking my old salon for for well over a year.
In one sitting Jess has nailed it and I am over the moon that I have finally found someone who listened to what I wanted! I honestly cannot thank you enough! Highly recommend Jess for your colours and cuts. See you soon!

Andrew instinctively knows how to make the best of my hair, he listens to my ideas and advises me on the best solution for my hair. This salon is one of the best in the North East in my opinion and worth every penny
