I had my hair cut by Jess with Steven.. I felt totally at ease and absolutely love the result, I was so impressed with the attention to detail and how much they both listened to me.

I cannot thank Sienna enough for the incredible care and patience they showed while cutting my daughter’s hair. She is autistic and had had a very difficult day, and I was honestly nervous about how the appointment would go. But Sienna was absolutely amazing. She took the time to speak gently and never rushed the process.

By the end of the haircut, not only did my daughter look fantastic, but she was smiling—something I didn’t expect after the day she’d had. It meant the world to us. It’s rare to find someone with such a genuine gift for both hairstyling and compassion. Highly recommend!

Went to the salon with shoulder length wispy hair. Andrew has totally restyled it into a chic smooth bob just below my chin He added some very natural baby lights. I absolutely love it.

Been coming to the salon for approx 6 year I’ve been with Sienna for about 18month now and she is Fabulous! Listens to me and consults each and every time and talks me thorough the whole process. She does an excellent job each time.

New to the Durham area and a friend recommended this salon. Appointment made with Andrew. Came in with very dull stringy medium length hair, left a platinum bombshell with hair at chin level. A massive transformation and an expert colour and restyle. Andrew, oh my god, I love him!!!!! Could talk to him for ever! All staff lovely. Have definitely found my salon!
