Lovely colour off Jess today, not only a good hairdresser but great listening skills and gave me a lovely colour & cut.

I had my first appointment today with the lovely Jess. She gave me a thorough consultation before starting my haircut. Very professional and very welcoming, especially since I'm autistic. First time here and I've already booked my next appointment.

Ladies This guy and his team are fabulous. If you like me are going through the menopause and your hair is thinning go see Steven. It will give you the biggest boost in confidence. I've just walked out of his salon feeling the best I have been in 20 years. Worth every penny and you know what I don't think there is anywhere better in the north East and I've been to a fair few salons over the years. Steven thank you. I've actually cried when ive got home, happy tears that I can still look good. Kate xxx

My first time at the salon. Really impressed by the vibe of the place, everything was clean, the display shelves were well stocked. I was offered refreshment whilst waiting for my stylist to collect me. My stylist Jess listened to what I wanted and she was able to recommend products for my fine, brittle hair. The shampoo station was divine! A recliner massage chair! I came out of the salon feeling like a million dollars and I also loved how you can book online. I am so glad I found Steven Scarr hair salon.

This place is amazing, Sienna is ridiculously talented and professional, I could not be happier with my hair, it has never looked this good. I would not get my hair coloured anywhere else now. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

After booking a consultation last week I was overwhelmed with the attention to detail from Ange and Stephen. My appointment was 11.30am and I didn’t leave the salon until 12.50! They explained everything fully and discussed different options. Stephen and Ange are going to China and are are going above and beyond to find the most suitable solution for me. I am so looking forward to hearing from them when they return and to move forward with their suggestions! 100% recommend this salon and their expertise and attention to detail

After feeling very nervous about my Mum having a wig fitted following her cancer diagnosis, Steven and Ange immediately put us at ease. It was such a warm, comfortable appointment, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

I visited Steven Scarr Hairdressing today to have my new hair replacement system fitted and I am honestly lost for words. Steven and Ange are both lovely and welcoming people and they made me feel very at ease and the results speak for themselves! Absolutely blown away, thankyou so much!

Been going here for about 9 months now and Jess has always been 10/10, I have never left unhappy with my hair as she always gets it bang on. Lovely salon / staff and experience every time! Jess coloured my hair today before my wedding and as always I’m really happy with the final result so thank you so much. X

I have two of my own hair toppers and I have taken them to Steven for maintenance and a cut, very pleased with the service and love how they are sitting better. Will definitely use the topper maintenance again.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked a hair loss consultation with Steven and Ange - my alopecia was worsening and I planned to look at wigs pre-emptively. They both immediately put me at ease and made me feel extremely comfortable. They were also able to recommend a topper which would give me some extra thickness whilst in this interim period of uncertainty where I don't know if I will lose all of my hair. Within 48 hours of my consultation the topper was coloured to match my hair and I left feeling comfortable in my own skin for the first time in a long time. I can't thank them both enough and would highly recommend to anyone experiencing hair loss!
