Booking & Cancellation Policy
As a small business, we require a 25% booking fee to secure your appointment.
Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the booking fee being retained.
Colour Testing (AAT)
A ColourStart Patch test is required 6 days prior to your colour appointment. A £15 manufacturers fee applies, the colour service cannot be carried out without a valid patch test.
